Not only that, but we use an online CRM system called Buildertrend where you will have 24/7 access to Daily logs, change orders (which you can approve) and Schedule from your phone, tablet or PC bringing you the peace of mind from the comfort of your home.

Maintenance & Guarantees

We offer a daily rate service to cover all maintenance aspects of the property moving forward, such as gutter clearing, boiler services, basement pump, pat testing, handyman etc.  This works really well for past clients as our team have the knowledge of all items they installed.


If we provide a 100% new system the following Guarantees will apply, demonstrating our commitment to our install

I renovated every room in my home, totally refurbishing all bathrooms and the kitchen with Clearly Renovations. They did a great job. There was a consistent site manager (Kris) throughout the 3-4 month period between July to Nov '23, and the best part was that I did not have to be on site every day to receive and check deliveries, or check the quality of work. That was taken care of by the site manager, and I only came by a couple times a week. Photos on progress were updated daily online via their builders portal so I felt kept in the loop on what was happening even when I was not on site.
